We have undertaken field service process design in waste management practice to increase the productivity of field force. Our engineers created digital twins to enhance the efficiency of operational activity through connecting field forces to the fleet ecosystem. We developed cloud based smart bins that are equipped with a task automation solution which helps in timely waste clearance and prioritised handling solutions that enable the allocation of critical tasks, making swift responses and automated notifications to make field workers informed and responsive for facilitating seamless coordination.
Furthermore, we improved the accuracy in quickly classifying waste into different categories and then proceeded through advanced machine learning algorithms that not only offer technical support but also help in reducing carbon footprints. Additionally, for easy handling, we launched user friendly admin apps for monitoring devices through time to time notifications specifically to streamline field force management services. We aimed to help in visualisation to allocate resources geographically according to availability. Our transformation approach proved to be successful in workcycle of field force, as we accelerated the onboarding and the training of new workers through making our app cloud learning platform to easily assess knowledge for scheduling collection routes, checking waste holding capacity and many more.
